Do you provide travel quotes for private Groups?

Yes, 10 people are needed to form a group. With 10 people we can create a payment plan for the group.

 Can I request a group trip with less than 10 people?

Yes, but anything less than 10 requires you to pay for the trip up front.

 What payments do you accept?

We accept Zelle, CashApp, and some Tour companies accept Visa and Mastercard.

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. In some rare cases the tour company may decide to refund part of the payment. To protect your investment, every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Do I make a payment every month?

You should make every effort to make your payments on time. As long as your payments are paid in full by the due date then you will be good.

 What happens if I make my payment, but my roommate(s) fail to pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the single room occupancy fee.

Do you provide roommate matching?

No, you are responsible for finding your roommate.

Do you provide quotes for individual trips?

Not unless you have traveled with ACT before.

Can I host my own private group for my birthday, and or other event?

Yes you can, we would need to contact you to get the required information needed to help plan your trip.

 Do I need a passport to travel out of the country?

Yes, you will need the passport book. It must be valid with an expiration date of at least six months beyond the return home date of the tour.

How long has A Custom Travel been in business?

ACT has been in business since 2005.

 Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is not required but is highly recommended. The truth is that anything can happen when traveling. Trip delays, interruptions, cancellations and illness can cause unexpected headaches and expenses. Travel insurance can help make sure you are protected. For travel insurance you can go to travelinsurance.com to compare and choose the best plan that fits your needs.

What’s the difference between Air Included and Land Only?

Air included option covers round-trip economy-class airfare from the departure city listed in the itinerary. All group seating is assigned by the airline and cannot be changed by A Custom Travel.  Seat changes can only be made during check-in at the airport. For any upgrades to your seating must be done at the airport.

Land only participants who wish to arrange their own air should choose the land only option.  Passengers arriving with or before the group are welcome to join the group bus at no additional charge. For those not arriving with the group ACT can provide contact information to arrange a private transfer.
